STEP 1: Find a Valuable Keyword
We start by finding a topic with high search volume on Amazon. (I will show you how to gauge how much traffic a keyword is getting. Don’t worry, it’s all covered in the course.)
We check if the keyword already has relevant, high-quality books and audiobooks competing for it.
If not, we have our opening (something called the “content gap”). The idea is to find the demand BEFORE you create the product.
Budget roughly 6-12 hours for this research. I show you how to look at competing books, evidence of buying activity, and whether there is an opening worth pursuing.
Once you find a strong keyword, you will build multiple books around it. You are not doing all that research just to make one book.
STEP 2: Use AI to Develop the Hooks and Angles
Next, you use AI to help explore different hooks, perspectives, and angles within that topic.
For example, a keyword like “Street Safety for Women” could become:
- Basic Street Safety for Women
- Street Safety for Teenage Girls
- Pepper Spray Is Not Enough
- How to Talk Your Way Out of Unsafe Street Situations
- Street Safety for Women Traveling Alone
One keyword can give you multiple distinct books, each with a different reason to buy.
Different hooks and angles appeal to different customer markets, and you can use different pen names to capture the entire Amazon page with your books. (Ideally you want most of the books on the first page to be yours.)
I show you how to use AI to research and develop these angles instead of trying to think of every idea yourself.
STEP 3: Generate the Titles and Subtitles With AI
You take those angles and develop titles for 10-20 books around the topic.
For example: Street Safety for Women 101: Pepper Spray Is Not Enough.
I show you how to have AI generate 30 title options at once, then select and improve the strongest ones. You learn what makes a title worth choosing, rather than accepting the first generic suggestion.
You use AI to generate IDEAS. That’s pretty easy once you have a few good keywords.
But I’ll teach you how to pick the ones that people will take out their card and BUY.
STEP 4: Create Professional-Looking Covers With AI
Next, you create the covers for your books and audiobooks.
I show you how to use AI to create them at a low cost, without hiring a designer or learning graphic design.
You learn how to direct the imagery, typography, and colors so the result looks like a professionally published book, not an obvious AI image with a title slapped on it.
When creating book covers, we want to avoid looking like it was created by AI (or what I call the “AI STINK” or looking like it was self-published).
STEP 5: Create the Content Without Typing Every Word Yourself
This is where AI removes one of the biggest obstacles to publishing at scale: producing long manuscripts.
I show you how to use AI to generate the narrator manuscript from a chapter list and a book title.
Instead of writing tens of thousands of words yourself, you direct the writing and review the results.
You do not have to write everything yourself. In fact, you don’t even have to write a single line yourself.
We use AI for EVERYTHING. It’s fast, easy, and scalable.
STEP 6: Publish the Kindle Version and Paperback
KDP lets us publish both the ebook and the paperback, which they print and ship for you entirely by themselves.
You never have to deal with or even touch any inventory, worry about shipping, returns, etc. It’s all handled by Amazon (called Print on Demand or POD).
I walk you through producing the necessary EPUB and PDF files, building the Amazon listing, and I’ll give you all the Safety Checks to complete before submission.
The checks are important, because you do not want Amazon’s bots blocking your book, or worse, suspending your KDP account.
If your account gets suspended, you can never make another account again. This safety checklist alone is worth the price of the course because again, if you lose your KDP account, you lose your entire business.
STEP 7: Have a Human Narrator Record the Audiobook
AI creates the manuscript, but you need a real person to record the audiobook.
Here’s a secret: MOST narrators want to work for a 50% royalty share split. It’s extremely easy to get narrators for your audiobook projects on a royalty share split.
The reason for this is because there are exponentially more narrators available than there are publishers.
There are so many narrators on the Audible platform that any manuscript you put up gets at least 10 to 20 auditions.
100+
They are literally begging to get work. I often get 100+ auditions. I get my pick of the litter.
STEP 8: Publish the Audiobook
Once the recording is complete, you check the audio and submit the audiobook on ACX for publication.
Audiobooks are the main moneymaker in my publishing business and the main focus of this course.
Audiobooks are an emerging market with very little competition, and most audiobooks (80% of them) make sales.
I will give you an entire safety checklist to follow before you make the upload.
The checks are important, because you do not want Amazon’s bots blocking your audiobook, or worse, suspending your ACX account.
If your account gets suspended, you can never make another account again. This safety checklist alone is worth the price of the course because again, if you lose your ACX account, you lose your entire audiobook business.
STEP 9: Market The Books and Make MONEY
The vast majority of audiobooks you put out on Audible will get sales.
That being said, we don’t just want to make a few sales. We want to make a TON OF SALES.
Being the #1 search result on Audible would result in DRAMATICALLY MORE SALES. It’s the difference between making 10 sales a month versus 100 sales a month.
10 sales a month
100 sales a month
In this step, you will learn how to get your book to get on the very top of the search results (the #1 search result for the targeted keyword). This is done through the proprietary LAUNCHING and RANKING SEQUENCE that I teach in the course.
STEP 10: REPEAT
“When you taste blood, there is no going back.”
As soon as you publish one book, revisit the notes that you have made on your chosen niche that you are targeting.
Ask “Which other books can I make that will target other angles and hooks in this niche?” and then create them!
This time, you are not learning every tool from scratch. You already have prompts, a production process, and experience from the books you have already published.
Every time you publish a book, your skills improve and that makes publishing the next book even faster.
The more books you have in the marketplace, the more money you are going to make.
And that’s the beauty of publishing. Once a book is live in the marketplace, it doesn’t require any maintenance. Your earlier books can keep earning royalties while AI helps you produce the next batch.
